Just 300 metres from the house, you take the ski bus to the popular Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The latter (cross-country skiing), by the way, is already possible 500 m from the house.
In summer, it is also great to be here. In the beautiful region, you can make kilometres of walks and cycle tours through unspoilt nature. Just 9.5 km away is the Zellersee: a lake where you can enjoy swimming, accompanied by a sunbathing lawn for sun lovers.

Der Kontakt zu der, die Wohnung betreuenden Familie Berger war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Dorf konnte man gut spazierengehen.Die Wohnung war groĂ, gemĂŒtlich und gut ausgestattet. Je nach Wetterlage konnte man sich auf dem Balkon sonnen.Die Sauna war sehr gerĂ€umig und sauber.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.
Nice apartment well kitted out (though lacks a microwave) and all clean etc. it was too hot with no way of turning heating down. Overall we would definitely stay again.
suuuuuper Appartment, tolle Lage, wunderbare Ausstattung
super tolles Appartment, die Ausstattung war grandios.... es hat an fast gar nicht gefehlt, leider konnten wir durch Corona die Sauna und den Wellnessbereich nicht nutzen. Zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit wurde zur Vorderseite der Whg. die StraĂe komplett erneuert, was mir gehörigem LĂ€rm wĂ€hrende der Arbeits- und unserer Urlaubswoche verbunden war. Zur RĂŒckseite wurde ebenfalls an einem privaten Neubau gebaut und vieeeeeeelen Steine und Fliesen getrennt, was auch sehr laut war... fĂŒhlte sich an wie zu Hause ;-) doch diese Bauarbeiten sind zeitlich begrenzt und sicher auch zeitnah abgeschlossen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge war grandios. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall nochmals diese Wohnung buchen und empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter.
Das 4-Familienhaus ist recht neu, hochwertig und gerĂ€umig. Die Tiefgarage verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Fahrstuhl zu den 4 Wohnungen. Recht laut ist die BundesstraĂe, die in der NĂ€he liegt, ansonsten ist die Lage prima.
