- beautiful terrace with sea view and fully equipped (dining table, parasol, electric barbecue, deckchairs, drying rack)

- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, TV and storage.

- bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm (possibility of pairing them to make a double bed) and storage.

Also available, a common laundry room with washing machine as well as a bowling alley.

For health reasons, a cleaning fee of €90 (supplement of €30 if pet) will be paid on site upon your arrival.

The handover of the keys is done in person, arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are subject to acceptance after a prior request.
