Complete with a private outdoor pool, a barbecue area, private parking and neutral modern finishes throughout and with an indoor spa area (available at an extra cost) boasting a gorgeous Turkish bath and jacuzzi, this is the ultimate relaxation destination! 

With countryside views all around, Villa Ferdinando is like a dose of fresh Tuscan air, allowing you the little escapism while also placing you in close proximity of useful amenities, pretty hilltop towns and some of the region's most popular cities.

The villa has five spacious double bedrooms, each with its own sophisticated en-suite bathroom and huge walk-in shower. On the ground floor, there is a modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, along with an outdoor terrace set up for al-fresco dining in the sun with all the family. The indoor dining area can seat up to 16 guests, and is located right by a cosy bar area, suitable for hosting and entertaining intimate groups.

Villa Ferdinando boasts all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay, with a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning included. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with a large en-suite bathroom suitable for wheelchair access. The tantalising spa area has relaxing sensorial lights and two tiled relaxation beds.

The first floor houses the other four bedrooms and en-suites, along with a TV room with comfy seating which can also be accessed via a lift from the spa area too. There’s a well-manicured garden circling the entire space, tying the whole luxurious affair together.

Nearby amenities including shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes can be found just 3km away in the town of Montecatini Terme. This picturesque town is know for its thermal waters and has long attracted tourists and celebrities looking to relax in the parks and spas. Montecatini also boasts a stunning collection of fountains dotted throughout the town, while a ride on the little funicular to Montecatini Alto is fun for all the family. 

The impressive cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence are all within easy reach and make for fantastic days out. Each has something unique to offer while they all enjoy delicious cuisine, bustling markets and breathtaking architecture.

Location:

This villa is only moments away from the local spa town of Montecatini Terme which boasts a variety of tantalising ancient spas perfect for hours spent unwinding and letting your stresses float away. Amenities such as shops and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive, while Montecatini Golf Club is only a short car journey away too.

Perhaps one of the most standout attractions nearby is Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, while Pisa is just 20km away and is ideal for a day spent exploring the local architecture. Visiting the city's famous leaning tower is a must-do during your holiday to Tuscany!

The graceful Renaissance style city of Florence is 50km away and is perfect for a day trip. Wander along the banks of the River Arno, pausing for a drink or ice cream before crossing the renowned Ponte Vecchio. The many art galleries and museums here are great for sheltering from the scorching sunshine, though we recommend going early to avoid the queues!

The historic city of Lucca, just 33km away and is brimming with culture and great attractions to visit such as the city walls which can be explored by foot or by bike. Inside the beautiful walls, there is also plenty to see including many ancient churches, which lend Lucca it's nickname of ‘the city of a hundred churches’! The cathedral here has been standing since the 11th century and is filled with stunning religious art. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants to unwind in after a busy day of exploring.

Don’t forget to drop by one of Tuscany’s most famous and well-loved chocolatiers - Monsummano - who creates chocolate like you have never experienced before - velvety, soft and melts on the tongue!

In just 45 minutes you could be visiting the coastal towns of Viareggio, Forte Dei Marmi or Lido Camaiore. Each boasts a lovely stretch of sandy beach, a promenade, seaside restaurants and seasonal beach bars. For some luxury shopping, Forte Dei Marmi offers a range of boutiques from well-known brands.
