Jennifer at the front desk is fantastic!! Helped me when I double booked. The room was a great surprise. Large spacious, and loved the hot tub (used almost every night). I can't complain. A noisy neighbor @2am, 1 night but it wasn't the hotels fault. Area is super tourist but felt safer in this hotel's location than others right by the Island. You think BW and you're like it's going to be hit or miss right? .. well this one is a hit!! Will def return!?

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems. We will definitely stay there again.
