Great location, the staff were very attentive and helpful when needed. Our room had minor issues but each time we brought it up to the staff, they were quick to act. Some construction going on but nothing noisy or inconvenient, looking to improve the property so that was great to see.

The staff was very friendly. We were having issues with the TV & he came right to the room to help us. Liked the elevator outside to make it easier to get to the 4th floor without climbing 4 flights of stairs with luggage. We didn't make it to breakfast, but nice that it was offered.

Great location in the midst of Pigeon Forge. Good variety of restaurants in the area and amazing entertainment for family of all ages. Good customer service. Rooms are in good condition. Maybe need to clean up rugs a little bit.

Seems they’re remodeling. Showercwas misding some caulking at lower wall edge. But loved the Cerskic tile in bathroom-sink area. Bed was kind of hard. Definitely planning to stay there when we go again next year.

Was a bit anxious about staying here because some reviews on other websites were not so great… Room was clean and updated. Shower was nice and spacious. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Didn’t have any parking issues and breakfast was good for the price we paid for room. Only complaint was bathroom sink did drain well and being woken up by noisy garbage trucks around 6am every morning!

Ok stay

The room was clean and bed was not bad . Only complaint I have is we asked for room service multiple times and never received it once. And when we would ask for towels or toilet paper they would give us just enough for one day. Also parking is horrendous, trying to find a parking place there was frustrating.
