One night stay

Bed was comfy, breakfast and coffee were delicious and the location is convenient. Pillows were too small, toilet in our room whistled after flushing for about 20 seconds each time. TV channels would load correctly after selecting. Hallways are somewhat dark even with the lighting.

GREAT hotel. I little pricey but after seeing some of the other "cheaper" hotels in the area, this was definitely worth every penny of our stay! Rooms were clean and sooooo nice!!! Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Country Inn & Suites!

Not worth the money

The air condition did not work, elevators broken down and when functioning, very slow. Breakfast shut down early on 2nd day. Since we were out of the room for the majority of the day, we made it work.

For a property that was supposedly remodled 8 years ago its pretty run down and poorly maintained. Either the franchise owners are having maintenance cheeply " bandaid " things or they hired incompetent and unskilled maintenance personel. The building is in need of reoairs and the elevator cars are a joke, constantly breaking down on a daily basis and its very inconvienent. The free breakfast was nasty and very cheap. Room 476 bathroom was in dis repair and should have never been rented.the carpet was stained with what looks like seamen.

Awful experience, our vehicle broke down 100 miles away and i called as soon as possible and they would not work with me at all on either moving my reservation for a different time ( i was willing to cover any difference) or a refund. The front desk lady was the absolute rudest individual I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Meets expectations and close to activities

Hotel is conveniently located by Dollywood and activities. Breakfast was had good variety throughout the stay. Bathroom shower was very small. No place for group of 4 to hang towels. Nice balcony view of river from our room. Room and beds were clean, although our room was a bit musty and the carpets could use a cleaning. Overall it met our expectations for the price.
