The heater wasn’t working in our room. I notified the front desk and the nice lady came right away and checked it and moved us to another room with a working heater. Problem solved very quickly!

Extremely dirty! Eyelashes on bed sheets, makeup on pillow cases, used tissues and q-tips on floor, used bar of soap in shower, empty conditioning dispenser, stains in and around sink, waited 10 minutes for hot water, one washcloth, the only elevator stopped working, very noisy, could hear the neighboring rooms every time they used the bathroom or ran the water….will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Room was clean , BUTTT the first night I couldn’t even sleep , we killed not 1 but 5 spiders in our room !!!! There is 0 upkeep on pest control and maintence on the exterior ! Spider webs everywhere including the ceilings of the walk ways , railings , every 2 steps you would take you’d have a spider above your head it is infested . There is no outside maintence please fix this issue . I did like the commentary breakfast and the desk clerk was nice .
