Had a great time with friends

Overall cabin was clean and spacious. Each level had it's own charm and character. Basement had a king bed/Jacuzzi and basement was the home of the pool table. Basement also had it's own balcony that overlooked the woods. Main floor had large living area/ fireplace and dining room table with 6 chairs. Kitchen also located on this level was very petite. Also had a king bed and walk out porch where screened porch was home to a hot tub. Upstairs had a king bed with a Jacuzzi as well. Gas grill was kept on the main floor balcony separate from the Jacuzzi. Carpets throughout house could use a good cleaning or maybe replaced. Gas grill will soon need replaced as well. We had a couple minor issues that involved maintenance and their team was friendly and addressed all issued promptly. The view was disappointing from the cabin because of neihboring cabins directly in front and thick trees in rear of cabin. We will stay again but would like a better scenic view.

Beautiful but needs maintenance air conditioner doesn’t work

The cabin is beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy it because the air conditioner did not work we called maintenance to fix it and they reset it every evening but it would go out the following morning. It was cooler outside and we were miserable when we had to get ready. The maintenance man said it was because the unit was too small for the cabin so it couldn’t be fixed. The upstairs bedroom was about 90 degrees. A waste of money and a ruined vacation. I will never book this cabin again but the resort is great so I’ll be looking for other cabins in the future not owned by this cheap owner.

Amazing

I was a little nervous at first about the cabin based on the pictures. However, cabin has been updated with a bigger TV and new furniture in the living room. This cabin was absolutely perfect for my family of 6. Kitchen was small but it worked. The cabin had all we need for our 5 day stay. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Eagle Resort was great one phone call for trash pick up and they arrived in minutes. Cabin is located right beside the community center and pool so that was great for the kids. I will definitely stay and also recommend this cabin to anyone that is visiting the Pigeon Forge area. It is about a 2-3 minute drive to the main parkway into town and only about a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg.

Great Place

Stayed 7/10/17 thr 713/17 and was very impressed. Cabin was clean and had lots of room. Grandsons enjoyed the pool table. Very quiet but still close to Pigeon Forge. They do need to update the listing for the property. It was listed as no wifi and no pets. Called the office and was told there was wifi and pets were allowed. Other than that would stay again.
