The property was really nice and clean. Very pet friendly. The pool and lazy river were fun to do. They have a kiddie pool, normal pool, and hot tub indoors with a gym upstairs overlooking the pool. The playground is great as well! The condo itself wasn’t the cleanest, I think if we could have had cleaning during our stay it would have been better and unfortunately the geese/ducks pooped all over the grassy area between the condos and the river. The condo itself could use some updating and was smaller than expected. The water is SO HARD. It was rough trying to enjoy the double shower heads when the water is that way. You definitely can hear your neighbors, especially since we shared a hallway to the outdoors. Front desk and grounds keepers were super friendly and nice.

Family of 6 Getaway
Posted Feb. 15, 2024 on HotelsWe really enjoyed staying here for our short family getaway. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/bathroom condo. It exceeded our expectations. Also, we had a little issue with our water not being hot in our room so we contacted the front desk late at night. They had maintenance up within 10 minutes and they fixed it up right for us. We will definitely be staying here again and next time for a couples trip.

The property was super clean and very nice. We really enjoyed the indoor pool area. It was easy to get to, plenty of parking and the staff was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a getaway. The staff is a delight to deal with and the rooms are more spacious than advertised. Absolutely the best stay in Pigeon Forge!
