⭐️Enjoy 4 bedroom suites, each with a TV, cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenettes, and peaceful outdoor areas.
⭐️Whether you`re exploring nature, visiting local attractions, or relaxing with loved ones, Nestled is your ideal home base for making memories in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

⭐️ Each bedroom features two queen beds, a private full bath, a closet, and a TV.
⭐️ Two bedrooms include dedicated workspaces — perfect for remote work or study.
⭐️ Three of the four bedrooms offer private kitchenettes for added convenience.
⭐️ Upper-level rooms have private entrances and balconies; lower-level rooms include private patios.
⭐️ Shared spaces for your group include a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry closet.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the two locked owner`s closets.

Pool access is limited due to neighborhood management. If available, it would be the months of May-September.

No access to fireplace at this time.

⭐️IMPORTANT: Our home is located within the Callaway Gardens community, but it is independently owned and not part of the Callaway-operated villas or hotel program. This means amenities offered to hotel or villa guests—such as complimentary garden admission, guest passes, or vehicle entry tags—are not included with this rental.

⭐️ Pets & Service Animals;
- No pets allowed. If an animal is discovered, the fee is $300.
- We ask that service animals be disclosed in advance. (Does not include emotional support animals).

⭐️ Guests are responsible for bagging all trash and putting it in the outdoor trash bins located behind the fence at the front of the house.

⭐️PLEASE NOTE: We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles on the property. Max to squeeze a 4th compact car. We do have overflow parking at the clubhouse, but it is a short drive from the house. To make things easier for everyone, we encourage carpooling when possible!

⭐️There is no gate to the neighborhood. Callaway Gardens is directly next to us, and we are across from the golf course.

⭐️The majority of the art in the home is original works by the owner. Ask us about his gallery!

⭐️Please note this home is in the woods, which is the habitat for all sorts of insects, and while we have pest control come monthly, we notice that sometimes cobwebs can occur overnight. We provide sprays if any pests decide to enjoy your stay, too!
Must do dishes.

Must return furniture to its original places and positions.

Must acknowledge up to 4 vehicles.

$300 fine if an unapproved pet is discovered during or after your stay.

No wood burning in the fireplace or outdoors.

Abide by all pool, Callaway Gardens, and HOA rules.
