The flat is ideally located and out of crowded environment. Perfect for a few days of rest, relaxation, enjoy its beaches, cultural and gastronomic environment.



Accommodation with heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and saline chlorination, air conditioning, guaranteed free parking at the door. It should be noted that the pool and garden, thanks to the air conditioning, are available for rentals from May to mid-October approximately, for the rest of the months should be consulted to ensure the readiness and availability of the same. Also, please note that the owners reside on the lower floor of the property.



The flat is totally diaphanous as it has daylight in all its rooms and rooms, with magnificent views to a height of two floors from its outdoor terrace. The outside terrace has direct views of the garden and swimming pool.

It is located on the first floor of the house in a very quiet residential area. Ideal for families and couples.

Late parties and disturbances are strictly forbidden.

The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with an outdoor terrace with table and chairs ideal for relaxing al fresco or working, a complete toilet and three bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 people. All of this is for the exclusive use of the tenants.

It also has air conditioning, USB sockets and motorized blinds via radio in all rooms.
