The house was in a great location. The house was not as clean as it should have been. There was a smell in the kitchen of rust especially around the sink are. The outside needs to be cleaned up so guests can enjoy the patio. The mattresses in a couple of the rooms need to be replaced as they are sinking in the middle. Overall just needs some love.

Awesome place and what a blessing. We had 8 guys for a golf fellowship trip. Highlight was eating pizza after gilf one night and enjoying fellowship and studying God’s Word. Also golf is awesome in area where God’s beauty is in display.

Great house for golf trip

House is in great location and has plenty of room to accommodate 4-8 people comfortably (there are more beds if you need). It’s an older house with ample charm - definitely a good price given all the room available.

Very nice house close to everything in Pinehurst

Very nice older house with plenty of room for everyone. Very good value for the price. Clean and nicely appointed. One opportunity for improvement would be to update or replace some of the mattresses. Great place!

Worlds

Overall property was great and accommodating to our group. Location was within walking distance to several attractions we visited or just a short drive to others. Only issues we encountered were the separate icemaker did not work and the freezer under the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Would recommend this property and would stay there again!

Great place near the centre of Pinehurst Resort

A great spacious house, lots of room for everyone to have space to themselves when the want it, and a dining room that will sit eight in comfort. Kitchen is well equipped and there's an outdoor gas grill/barbeque for those steaks. It situated about a 5-10 minute walk from Pinehurst village, and 15-20 minutes to the country club (or just a few minutes by car).
