Great stay right on course.

Amazing stay while visiting relatives in the area. Host was great at communicating all through visit, along with suggestions during the 4th. Pinehurst is a great experience, and this condo was perfect.

This condo is well appointed and very nice. Host left many extras, and many conveniences that made our stay special. Clean, in great condition, on the Pinehurst fairways, plenty of storage space and upgrades. Host was very responsive and helpful. Five Stars!

Better Thank Expected

This place is amazing! There are not many condos that have hardwood floors, built in cabinets, and you can golf out both the front and back windows. It is literally in the middle of the golf course. Driving in and out of this great location will make you a little nervous but added to our golfing adventure. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. We will be returning to this hidden gem.

Great location and host!

We were in Pinehurst for a golf tournament. The condo was the perfect size and location for my wife and I. The owner made it simple to find the condo, recommended local restaurants and made us feel at home during the entire stay.

Condo is less than 5 minute drive to Pinehurst clubhouse and the Village. Beautiful 1 BR condo between 2 fairways Condo is beautifully decorated with every convenience. Owner Vinh is very prompt with replies to questions 6 stars!

Visit to 97 Year old Mom

Vinh has a very nice one bedroom condo in Golf Terrace, a great location to visit Pinehurst for golf or other reasons. He was excellent to communicate with. I have been coming to Pinehurst for 30 years to golf or visit parents and glad I found Golf Terrace recently.

Property was as listed and the owner was fabulous related to communication prior to entry a couple of weeks ahead of arrival and responded quickly to a request to enter the property early on arrival date. I was granted access and the property was wonderful! Exactly what I needed for a rest at night after a long day out.

Beautiful golf villa

The villa is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views of the golf course outside are stunning. It is fully furnished with anything you might need for your stay. The owner is wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend this villa!
