The problem we had was the beds. We rented 2 rooms both with queen beds and neither my husband or I could sleep the mattress was so bad and my sister in the next room over slept but had to take Advil she was so achy with the bed. How was it, baby?

Left after one day was supposed to stay one more day but wasn’t about to fight with the shower handle. Stayed there because ratings on your site said it was great!

What seemed different was on the 2nd floor was a very thick cushiony carpet, which help the first-floor people. Sometimes the 2nd floor noises at other hotels can be a problem.

The smell of the cleaning agent used caused me to have a migraine. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. The floor in our room did not seem to be very clean. The desk clerk was very helpful. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and tasty. Parking was easy and plentiful. We would come back.

The staff couldn't have been nicer! Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Complementary breakfast was excellent and more than I expected-hot bacon, potatoes, waffles and eggs with all the extras! The room interiors were clean, a bit dated and had a definite mildew smell, possibly from the rains the previous night.

This place is old and run down. Pretty sure our neighbors lived there permanently, and they smoked heavily in their room. We could actually smell cigarette smoke in our room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and just in general didn’t feel like the room was clean. We were extremely surprised after reading the reviews that the property was in this condition. Normally Expedia reviews are pretty accurate.

Pinetop Az visit mid week….July 2025

The check in was friendly and breakfast was good, room was clean. The down side, the fan in the bathroom sounded like Mac Truck…..Loud & I mean Loud. The aircon unit is twenty years out of date and also made so much noise….. come on America you need to up date to new technology….. Great location and wonderful Chinese restaurant called the Lotus Garden up the street.

We did not stay there! We had arrived early and knew check in was at 3:00. But the receptionist said “ I’m not checking anyone now. We totally understand the policy. Just wanted to get a recommendation for a coffee shop, and sites…well. That was the icing…and when we asked to please use the restroom, she took us to behind the desk to a restroom. Apparently the hotel does not have a guest bathroom. We got the feeling we were unconvincing her. That was the cherry! Needless to say, definitely not recommending stay there!
