Relaxing 3 bedroom retreat in the pines , come relax in tranquility,<br>

This beautiful home is nestled among the Pines and Aspens in Pinetop County Club, about 20 minutes from Show Low, yet appears secluded in a quiet neighborhood. The retreat has 4 cozy beds and 2 Full baths and a œ located downstairs. This is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the sounds of the wind rustling through the tall pines and watch the wildlife that come to visit. This is also a great location close to hiking or biking on the trails, close to the many lakes around the area. Sunrise Ski Park is just a short distance away.

This is a new listing and we have stocked the full kitchen with every item you will need- all you will need to bring is your food. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The dining room seats 6 with two bar stools.

There is a highchair located in the front coat closet.

Relax in the living room on leather reclining couches and enjoy the gas fireplace, and several games, or enjoy the view of the beautiful back yard.

The two full baths are complete with fluffy new towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a make-up wash cloth. You will have access to a new washer and dryer with laundry detergent. We also provide some paper supplies and cleaning supplies are available to use.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a complete bedroom suite, and a 65-inch tv, plus a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a large closet, 32-inch television and fluffy blankets to keep warm. The third bedroom has a Full-Size bed and a twin bed- perfect for a children’s room. All bedrooms are located on second floor .Games and a few toys included.

We have tower fans in each bedroom and two portable air conditioners that can be used if needed. The house stays fairly cool throughout the day.

In the closet is a new Pack n Play . There is a changing pad that also fits perfectly on the counter in the hallway bathroom.

Fire pit in back yard

Pellet BBQ grill /smoker with flattop griddle on propane as well .

We have just added a new covered patio as well as fence around the back yard for your use and enjoyment while relaxing outside.

Pets are allowed but please clean up behind them or you will be charged cleanup fee

Wonderful Family Weekend

The cabin was wonderful! Adorable with great indoor and outdoor space in a great neighborhood that you can bike or walk around, plus super close to town if you want to go in for a coffee, groceries, etc. I would highly recommend this cabin. It had everything we needed and wanted plus more.

Comfortable, relaxing site. The property is small, but every inch of outdoor space is pleasant and usable. Lots of shade, quiet streets great for walking. Fenced yard makes it worry-free for pets and young ones.

Wonderful forest retreat

Our adult children, 18-month grandson, husband & I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this lovely appointed home. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and more, home was immaculate and owner was very responsive when one minor issue arose. We appreciated the quiet and solitude of the home despite even hot temperatures in Pinetop. We all commented that it was a perfect weekend as we could gather in this lovely home.
