You are welcome to park in the 4-car parking lot, in the driveway of the duplexes. Please be mindful and only use one spot, as we share space with 3 other apartments. The entire home is yours to enjoy. We request that you take care of the space with the same grace you would do in your own home.

Unit is in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen sink faucet falling off. Dryer does not work, lack of eating utensils, bathroom tub just worn out. Kitchen drawers barely open. We had gun shots outside the unit the first night we were there.
I was fine with the property but don't think I'll stay there again. Property access was through a small alley and not in a desirable area. There was a stale scent the entirety of my stay. Place was clean and looked like the pictures but I slept on top of my own blanket. I saw roaches in the kitchen sink when I went for a drink of water.
Group extended their stay so we were moved to another property next door. That property was not ready to be rented. Bathroom horrible, toilet did not work; had to remove top to flush. Tub had crack, poorly fixed. Overall old, not renovated. Kitchen same. Missing drawers so open holes in cabinet. Countertop not attached to bottom cabinets. Sink stained and rusty. Again not renovated. Cracks in front door, could see outside. Kids felt unsafe. Two bedrooms renovated and relatively nice. Property manager amazing. Wouldnât stay here again until renovated completely.
Clean. TV in each bedroom and living room.
Washer/dryer.
Stocked Keurig coffee maker.
Restaurants and shopping less than six miles away.
Try The Pit Diner for a great country breakfast and Lil Cajun House for tasty seafood.
