If you were dropped in Piran and then left alone, your first impression would be: where am I in Venice? Well Piran was once under Venetian republic which you can see by the buildings and narrow streets. And there are more things to discover.

Right there, in the middle of Piran, there is a typical stone house in a narrow street. We renovated it for tourist accommodation. The house is few minutes away from the beach and three minutes from the main square - Tartini square. By foot of course. And all other amenities are also close: shops, a bar, pizzeria and restaurants and also a church. Portoroz is only few km away easily accessible by a local bus.
The house on PreĆŸihova street nr.4 offers you three apartments: MAR on the first floor , TIERRA on the second and ESTRELLA on the third floor.
In the ground floore we have sauna room (infrared sauna) and we provide treking bycycles for our guests.

A snug place in the centre of Piran

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, that is comfortably equipped for a nice and convenient holiday in the centre of Piran, a lovely, charming little town at the Slovenian coast. First of all we would like to say a big Thank You to Jana. She was very welcoming and surprised us on the day of our arrival. She had decorated the studio apartment with love for my 50th birthday that was about to come during the stay and was always available when we had to contact her. We also got a bottle of sparkling wine that was waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment gives you also access to a great sun roof terrace that has to be shared with the other holiday makers (if you meet them). We enjoyed the silence of the surrounding area and the fantastic views in the evenings. - We only have to make three suggestions for the future that might make holidays even more perfect. The air condition in the studio has its own way to function. Unfortunately it did not work very well during our stay as a fan, located inside of the ac, was not working and therefore not blowing cold air into the room. We should have told Jana earlier about that so that her husband could have fixed it. There are also shutters missing outside on the left window so that sun can come into the studio during the day. Maybe this can be fixed too, to keep the room cooler. For security reasons we would recommend to install fire alarms in the studio. It is better to be safe than sorry.
