This apartment, located near the city centre, is situated in a prime yet very quiet location on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Gottleubapark in Pirna. Both the bus station and the S-Bahn station are just a short distance away. This allows you to travel directly—without having to transfer—to the stunning destinations in Saxon Switzerland, as well as to Dresden (and directly to Dresden Airport via the airport S-Bahn) and the cathedral city of Meissen. The Elbe River, Pirna’s beautiful historic old town, and shopping areas are all just a few minutes’ walk away. <br>This sunny apartment is situated in a quiet and idyllic spot along the Gottleuba River. With 33 square metres of space, it’s ideal for a vacation for two people and features a sleeper sofa. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and features an open, modern kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances. Wi-Fi, a hi-fi system, and a smart TV with cable are provided. The large windows let plenty of sunlight into the apartment, and the beautiful south-west-facing balcony is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun in the afternoons and evenings. Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the upholstered double bed. The cozy sleeper sofa, which is 1.20 m wide, provides an additional sleeping option for one adult or two children up to 10 years old. The bathroom has modern tile flooring and features a nice shower. This apartment also has a separate basement storage unit where you can safely store and lock your bicycles. A private parking space is available to our guests free of charge.

Tolle Lage

Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Perfekte Aufteilung für einen Raum, tolle Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist leider offen und es besteht dort keine Möglichkeit zur Entspannung. Darum 4 Sterne.

Top Wohnung in Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Vielleicht wäre noch ein Ventilator und ein Sonnenschirm eine gute Idee. Man hat nur 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof und durch das Gästeticket konnte man die Öffentlichen kostenlos nutzen. Bis zum nächsten Edeka waren es ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten und bis zur Altstadt etwa 10. Da die Ferienwohnung in einem Wohnkomplex liegt, ist es dort ziemlich ruhig und die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. In Summe eine Top Wohnung in Top Lage in einer tollen Stadt.

Perfekte FeWo für einen Wanderurlaub in der Sächsischen Schweiz

Moderne, funktionale Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, Parkplatz für PKW, Kellerraum für Fahrräder, ideal gelegen, 5min zu S Bahn, Einkaufszentrum, 10min in die Altstadt, 3min zum Elberadweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Optimale Lage für Dresden und sächsische Schweiz

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung, sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil, in dem wir unsere Fahrräder sicher unterbringen konnten. Vorallem die Lage in Pirna war für uns perfekt. Kaum fünf Fußminuten zum Bahnhof in Pirna, von wo aus man sowohl in Richtung Dresden/Meißen als auch in Richtung sächsische Schweiz sehr guten S-Bahnanschluss hat. Die Altstadt von Pirna und ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pirna genossen

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Kostenlose Parkplatz, gutes WLAN. Moderne kleine Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.Edeka und (Lidl) zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein 5-minütiger Spaziergang vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose öffentliche Nahverkehr mit VVO für Touristen.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Jalousien waren super bei der Hitze!

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, so dass wir das Auto auf dem Parkplatz am Haus stehen lassen könnten. Die Nähe zur Altstadt war auch ideal.

Super Appartement in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage

In dem kleinen, geschmackvollen eingerichteten Appartement haben wir uns 14 Tage zu zweit sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen besseren Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Unternehmungen zu Fuß und mit dem Rad hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können. Bahn, Bus, Geschäfte und die Altstadt von Pirna sind wirklich in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Und der Vermieter reagiert auf Anfragen sehr zuvorkommend, super schnell und flexibel. Wir hatten wirklichen einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren rundum zufrieden!

Schöner Aufenthalt in der sächsischen Schweiz

Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, man hat alles, was man braucht. Nur für 4 Personen ist es meiner Ansicht nach zu klein. Die Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Bahnhof sind in direkter Nähe. Ideal auch um die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wieder dort wohnen.

Top Wohnung, zentrale Lage

Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einen Süd-West- Balkon gibt es auch. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist perfekt: Mittendrin, aber ruhig. Zum Bahn- und Bushof keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gästekarte ist das Highlight: Man kann den kompletten Regionalverkehr der sächsischen Schweiz nutzen. Ideal um die Wandergebiete zu erreichen.

Alles passte!

Wir waren sehr angetan von dem Apartment. Alles sehr kompakt und sehr sauber. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet. Bahnhof in der Nähe; Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Alles ok.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral um ausgiebige Radtouren zu machen. Die E-Bikes kann man im Keller unterstellen. Ist zwar nicht ganz einfach die Treppen runter, aber wenn ein Mann dabei ist, geht's.

Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt...

.... für Wanderungen in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Die FeWo ist optimal für 2 Personen, modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten und ein super eingerichtete Kuchenzeile mit allen Geräten. Absolut sauber im 2ten Stock eines mehrparteien Haus. Trotz Nähe zu Altstadt (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß) sehr ruhig, so daß wir bei offenem Fenster sehr gut schlafen konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Bäcker) in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein sehr zuvorkommend und freundlicher Vermieter, der alle Fragen in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir würden in Pirna jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!! P. S. : einen Stellplatz fürs Auto gab's auch. P. P. S. : Danke für den netten Willkommensgruß!
