Posted Aug. 5, 2020 on HotelsGreat one night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, prepared inline with COVID restrictions, with 30 min slot for each room. Food ordered the day before.

Free upgrade
Posted Nov. 20, 2019 on HotelsThey askes us if we wanted a free upgrade to a room upstairs, so it would be farther away from the reception desk and less noisy. The room was very nice, but more importantly was the consideration to ask us.

we were told this was a luxury hotel
It was not it was a good b&b
the bed room had an awful lot of mosquito's ther were a lot of dead one on the walls

In none of the booking channels we collaborate with is it written that we are a hotel so we are sorry if you have booked and you were expecting something else.

Central to the city of Pisa, large room and private balcony were all strong points for us. The staff were consistently thoughtful and very friendly. A great advantage to be so close to the station for connections around Italy. Obviously, this brings some noise to the otherwise tranquil setting, but nothing we couldn’t cope with. We enjoyed our stay of 7 nights at Rosso di Sera.

Clean place, very close to railroad tracks, quiet, friendly staff, unique atmosphere. Great place to stay if you plan on touring Italy with the trainline!
