Fern Cove sits on a wooded hilltop in a private neighborhood surrounded by nature. Main floor living with 4 bedrooms on the main floor, which includes the master bedroom. Access to Pisgah National Forest is just a short 5 minutes away. Tubing, biking, hiking, & exploring over 250 waterfalls. Convenient to Asheville & Hendersonville. 30 minutes to the Biltmore House. Spacious separate areas & large areas for congregating w/ family & friends. The covered wrap around porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying evening conversation, swinging on the porch swing or watching the nighttime stars. Kick back and enjoy the abundant wildlife. The wooded area is great for kids wanting to explore & build forts. On the second floor is the family suite with 2 queen beds & a twin bed with a tv & a full bath. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a whirlpool tub & walk in shower. The guest bedrooms are situated down a separate hallway. Main floor living with a large kitchen with plenty of dining space & extra pantry storage located in the dining room, right off the kitchen.

Fern Cove has a spacious garage with a ping pong table & tv, perfect for entertaining & those needing bike storage.

The outdoor fire pit is a favorite too!

Please note that this home is located in a quiet and private neighborhood, and that no parties are allowed.

We are unable to accommodate any type of snow plow to the roads or driveway. This means that if there is an inclement storm in our area that could effect your reservation, it could be altered or refunded. Safety is the top priority during winter reservation months.

We only accept 1 night bookings last minute.

We loved the space overall. It suited our family of 13 with plenty of room for hanging out. The grandsons had their own space upstairs for sleeping and playing. And the living room was spacious and open.

We rented this home for our women’s ministry retreat. It was absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was cozy and was still decorated for Christmas which gave it a very sweet and comforting feel. We had everything we needed. The master bathroom was phenomenal with 5 shower heads in the shower and a huge relaxing jet tub. Will definitely come back. The only negative thing is some of the locks were a little challenging to get the doors locked up. But we finally figured out the lil hacks

We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this it "the BEST"! Our family wants to come back next year!The house is awesome and fit our family of 8 adults and five children perfectly! The children had a room and bath upstairs...to themselves! The adults were very comfortable in their rooms and even commented how comfortable the beds were.The host was amazing! She was very quick to reply to any inquires and helped with all questions we had.The location is convenient to Brevard, Asheville and the North Carolina Arboretum (all exellent family trips).I would highly recommend this host and property!

This is a beautiful , clean and spacious home. Two refrigerators was a huge bonus! The large round dining room table was perfect for sharing a family meal. There was plenty of room for parking 4 cars. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was perfect for a large group. The common areas are spacious, and the house is clean and well stocked. Note, however, that while it is one-floor living inside, there are steps to get in, no matter which door you use, So a bit tricky for my elderly mom with a walker. Otherwise, excellent and would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in one of our favorite mountain towns. The house is roomy and cozy. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities. The open kitchen and living room was perfect for our family. The house is located close to waterfalls and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The porches were one of my faves about the home.

Amazing choice of home

We had the most memorable and beautiful stay in this gorgeous home. It was well stocked and super clean and more beautiful than the pictures. Cannot more highly recommend. Excellent communication and better than expected experience. The home is absolutely stunning and very comfortably fits 12.

Nice pet friendly and family friendly home

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Saw an albino squirrel which is apparently not uncommon in Brevard. We had no issues with the amenities or the house.

Family Thanksgiving and Christmas

Wonderful place we love coming up here. I think this is our third time. It’s perfectly set for our needs with a growing family to come and see the great grandparents. Do appreciate the quick response on everything that we talk about. Will be setting up another time and date next year.
