For Rent Beach House is a Single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath holiday hideaway that sleeps 6. Pismo Beach, Pier and Shops are in easy walking distance and await your arrival.

Detached Guest Room has a Queen Size Bed, Bathroom (with shower only) and TV with Cable. The main house includes a living room with large TV, DVD player, and VCR. Dining Area with seating for 4 people. Kitchen with breakfast bar (there is no dishwasher), Keurig coffee maker (old school coffee-by-the-pot maker in a cupboard). Primary bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds (twin on top, full bed on bottom bunk) and a trundle bed with twin sized mattress below the bottom bunk. Twin sized trundle bed is 6" thick, perfect for children. Large Deck with patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

Parking for house and guest unit.

The location is great; a quick walk into town or to the beach and a short drive to Solvang, Morro Bay, Madonna Inn. The management agency was quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

House review.

House needs a good cleaning, very dusty. The carpet needs to be shampooed throughout. My husband and father in law fixed the jammed up garbage disposal that was not working when we arrived. In the cottage, my mother in law found a stained blanket which she could not use. Lastly, the hand rail outside the house is falling apart. Dangerous.

Old, at bit tired, but GREAT location.

Bathroom is very small and old. Garbage disposal is Inoperative. Ants invaded us regularly. We did not use the attached bedroom that had a updated Bathroom. Surrounding lawn is about 60% dead. But the absolute great location made up for of the short comings.

A fun old beach house.

Central location in the town. Stocked with everything you will need. The landscaping is a little rough. But I liked grilling in the back yard. I plant to come back again. Friendly service.

Over all clean. Ironing stuff needed attention and fans very dirty. Ant traps need replaced. Beds very comfortable and linens clean and plenty. The extra bedroom in back was stand alone seperate from main house. For our party this was not covenient but for others might be perfect. Staff was very responsive. Very close to beach. Thanks.

4 day beach getaway

It was just perfect! Great location and the added bonus of two off street parking spots is huge. No worrying about parking here. Also by far the most well stocked rental we have had the pleasure of staying at from kitchen accessories to bedding it would be hard to want for anything! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Short walk to everything

Had some hiccups upon check in but property management was very responsive. We enjoyed the house and the ability to have our adult children and dogs join us. Plenty of room for everyone and the “granny quarters” in the back provided privacy and space for our kids. The carpets should be removed due to wear and musty smell. Parking on site and minutes walk to downtown and beach was a huge plus!

Great location!

Cute, older beach home! Plenty of space to gather with family in the living room and deck outside. This was a great location for walking to the pier and dining options. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The property manager was very helpful answering questions!

Wish I was happier

Inside of property & backyard were not cleaned to what I expected. Dirty floors, windows, animal hair on couch and floors. Pans in cupboard dirty, refigerator gross, mop & broom not fit to use. Transition from house to outside room to high, were suppose to be fans in rooms, only 2 and they were disgustingly dirty. Back yard was full of rotten oranges and trash. How size the size I expected and bed were fine.

Wedding weekend getaway

Property is located in a great central location. We were minutes walk from the beach and restaurants as well as a short drive to a wedding venue we were attending Check in was simple and accommodating. The house was perfect for six people with a small granny unit for two of the guests. There was a welcome coffee setup and plenty of dishes and utensils for our needs There is a table and chairs in the backyard for morning breakfast as well as evening happy hour.

Excellent Location

The property and cleanliness was fantastic. We couldn't ask for a better location. Open the front door, and a short walk takes you to the beach, shopping, entertainment and everything. We will be back again.The furniture was worn out. There was plenty of it. We had guests and there was plenty of seating and space. The back patio is beautiful but the furniture was wet the whole time. It would be nice to have directions for the tvs.
