Each Unit comes fully furnished with brand new furnishings, and amenities, and the highest of quality linens and cookware. Rent one unit, or rent them all for family gatherings, company getaways, or friends reunion. This unit features ocean views, and is located on the 2nd story. No matter the occasions, this property will not disappoint. One block from the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The property includes outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, outdoor cooking area, 1 parking spot onsite per unit. Monthly and weekly rates are available. One parking space is included. This house is perfect for a one family or two couple Pismo Beach getaway. It checks all the boxes if you want a central location to Pismo beach activities and all that the amazing Central Coast has to offer.

this was the perfect pismo beach apartment! amazing location, super clean, and great for a family. loved being able to walk out the door and drive 15min to SLO or walk down to the beach. definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

My sister and I along with her two young teens stayed two nights at this property. Check-in went smoothly, place was clean, comfortable and modern. It was easy walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again!

Very clean and well appointed apartment. The location was great, too….Very close to restaurants and beach and also to wineries and wine tasting. Quiet at night, as well. Easy to check in and manager was responsive to all questions.

Amazing Place to Stay

Everything you need and within walking distance to the beach and main area. Very clean! We always stay here and have been for the last couple of years once we found it. It works for us and we've been very happy with it! Just note if you have young kids....there is only a shower, no tub.
