Pillow case had blue stains on it. Sunday morning, requested trash can be dumped, placed trash can in front of door, trash was never removed. Attendant at front desk stated housekeeping was shorthanded. As of checkout on Monday morning, trash can was full and still in front of door.

It was a lovely place to stay, with Starbucks just a short walk away. The beds are really comfy, making it a cozy spot to rest. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the carpet, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We were locked out of my room. The front desk didnt know what to do. They put us into a different room for the night until the engineer came in the next day. In the morning, I called the front desk to see if they had been able to access the room. Front desk was suppose to call me back with an answer. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk where she informed me the door was fine. A courtesy call back would've been nice. I had my 7 year old with me, which made things more stressfulnot having access to our stuff. The situation would've been handled differently. Other than this situation, the staff and hotel are great.

Thr staff was inviting and great. Always greeted me with a smile. The room was clean The room service attentive to what we requested. Was not able to tour the facility but took a glance. The next time I'll going to take advantage to the lounge and the other activities that I will anle to enjoy with my children. One thing that I recommend is the breakfast should be included or children should have free breakfast. Coffee and tea be courtesy for the guest. Overall keep the hotel business friendly.

My husband and I were truly appreciative and pleased with our stay at your hotel. From the comfort of our room to the exceptional service we received, everything exceeded our expectations. Jolin at check-in was wonderful, and the entire staff was welcoming and attentive. The chef (my apologies that I can’t recall her name) and especially Lena went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their kindness meant so much to us. Our stay was during a very difficult time, as we were in town for my mother’s funeral service. The compassion, warmth, and professionalism shown to us made an emotional time much easier, and we are deeply grateful. We genuinely have nothing but positive things to say.
