Horrible experience

I got stuck in the elevator as well as dropped a hole floor. There was no compensation for the traumatization my man and I experienced. I've always had a fear of being trapt in an elevator let alone dropping a whole floor. My remote to the tv had no batteries which I asked customer service for and ended up having to go buy my own. It was a hassle to even get toilet paper in the middle of the night, cause we ran out let alone towels. I will not be staying here again that's for sure. I explained everything to the manager on duty during the night as well as the next morning while trying to get a late check out which was only 20 minutes and they had nothing to say.

New clean property. Just a few feet away from bart and other shipping centers. Pretty safe area police patrol all the time. There's a police station next down the block. Keep that in mind.

Bueno primero la bañadera estaba rota y el agua se votaba y nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y luego los elevadores no funcionaban y tuvimos que bajar las escaleras con las maletas de un tercero piso horrible una mala estancia
