Walked in and was overwhelmed with fumes. Smelled like gasoline or paint thinner. They claim they had just painted something downstairs and did nothing to mitigate the fumes. The room I was given was very nice until I went to sleep. Woke up to an ant infestation. The bathroom was crawling with ants on the sink, in the towels and all around the corners of the floor. When I went back to bed I saw they were in the bed and immediately checked out.

Unfortunately it was not the best stay. We were not notified on check in that the rooms are cleaned every other day. We could not get clean towels and asked multiple times. Limited staffing… The property is new and nicely appointed however it is clear it will not stay that way. The grounds are not kept clean and again, limited staffing. I do not believe they will be able to maintain it.

This place is a exceptional. I travel for work 100% so I get to see a lot of hotels. This courtyard is by far one of my favorites. Very clean and spacious rooms. get a view of the highway.

No place like home...

Pittsburg is my hometown and this hotel is a wonderful place for me to stay when visiting prior to the Bonvoy. I had limited options in the area. But now this hotel has provided me a homebase when I'm in my hometown.

Nice clean property. My stay would have been great if it weren’t for the fact that my second floor room was located steps away from the on-ramp to the freeway and it was extremely noisy all night long with vehicles accelerating onto the highway. Unable to sleep well as a result. Hence only 3-stars despite the nice clean property.
