The property had hair in the bathrooms which had not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. The bed upstairs broke when I sat up the first morning and owner told me how to "fix" it. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm. The carpet upstairs was not cleaned. The downstairs bedroom had a bed that was almost on the floor. The pictures of the listing showed a bed off the floor and white walls.The outdoor patio was overrun with weeds and looked nothing like the pictures. There were several other pictures that were not accurate either. Missing setee in entry area, upstairs bathroom did not have an extra cabinet and there were no rugs out at all. One of the bath towels had a pink lipstick mark on it which could have been stained, but gave an indication that the property was not clean. There was no bathmat upstairs and the one that I pulled out from under the sink had a dirty footprint on it. The owner was not helpful at all when initially reached out to with concerns. For the cleanliness issue, she said that hair was probably shed by her cleaner and that she would have her wear a hair net in the future. No offer to correct the immediate dirty property issues. We chose to end our 4 night stay after 1 night. The positive was that it was fairly conveniently located to a lot of things and it was located in a quiet area.
