A literal roach motel. Was kicked off the property after 1 night of a 3 night stay after showing photos of the roaches I killed in my room to the front desk. Securing a last minute replacement room for my son and I at another hotel cost us $1200. Simply criminal behavior.

The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. There were burn marks in the carpet, on the chair, and on the sink from burning cigarettes. I wouldn't stay again. The staff however was very friendly.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed out. Liquid sprayed on the ceiling and not cleaned, broken, laminated, cheap furniture, no staff available in early morning or later evening hours. Trying to exchange small bath towels was a challenge. No coffee maker or anything to make a hot drink. Counter staff were rude and scolded me for trying to get clean towels. Staff allowed non handicapped guests to park in handicap spots because it was closer to the door. Staff were unwelcoming and only concerned with talking amongst themselves, did not greet guests. Would never stay at this location again and probably never at this chain.

Staff both evening and morning were friendly and efficient. The property inside hallways had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. Room was a little worn, fridge very stained, weird. The beds are exceptionally tall (which is likely great for remaking), but hard to get into, and the side table is now too short.

The staff and mgr Emily was awesome. She did everything to accommodate me the best she could. And i seen some friendly faces with staff i used to wrk with at a different job. I felt very comfortable.
