Staff never made our beds, or changed sheets. I had to ask them to give me new sheets at the front desk after I spilled some juice. I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't make the beds daily.

We always prefer Hampton but this stay fell short. No one at the front desk at any time. Pool and workout rooms never had towels. Ran out of soap in the shower. Battery in clock dead in workout room. Attention to details lacking for a place under the Hilton brand and compared with other Hamptons we stay in. We’ve stayed in this Hampton for the last three years but will explore other options on our next visit as the quality seems to be diminished. I’m okay with any business attempting to save pennies but places that keep my loyalty will save money that doesn’t affect service.
This sign was at the desk the entire visit. They were not assisting anyone. The person was in the back talking on his cell phone.

The room was dirty. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in days. The bed skirt was literally dusty. There was no hot water in the shower. We did not eat the breakfast because we were too grossed out by the cleanliness of the hotel. This was totally unacceptable and will be sure to write a review so others will know to not stay here!

Quiet hotel with a good variety for breakfast. Shower was not hot enough. Maid only cleaned half of the room. Beds were not made and she took the dirty towels but didn’t bring clean ones.

The room looked very old! I was disappointed! We checked in on 10/16 on 10/17 we were gone for the day and they never came in to clean, make beds,or replace towels and wash clothes! Which we only got 2 of! How do you not replace towels and clean up the next day! So that night I complained and they said we will get tomorrow and received some towels! Well they cleaned on the 18th sort of! Never vacuumed. At that point I didn’t bother having them clean because it wasn’t worth it! I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean remote& phone& high touch areas! There was something on the light fixture in the bathroom! Just disappointed because I thought being part of Hilton it would have been a pleasant stay!! I didn’t expect the low level of cleanliness that I received!
