Madonna is the front desk manager. She did an outstanding job of helping us with an unusual change in our travel plans. She went way beyond what we expected. Thank you. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly here. They seem to work very well together.

Great stay in Washington, PA

I would stay in this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was sufficient (I really enjoyed the bold coffee!), and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Unsatisfactory...

The room itself was nice enough (minus a torn contact lense on the bathroom floor and a clear elastic hair band on the bed), but there was only scalding hot water in the shower! No cold, cool, or even just warm no matter where you turned the lever! Since there was no room to move us to (not their fault), they gave us a key to a room on the floor below us to shower in. Very inconvenient for the price we paid!! I think a partial refund would be appropriate in a case like this...It felt like going to the shower room at a state park when camping. We don't even pay half what we paid here for that!

Really like our stay. We could have stayed in that room longer had we not been on the road with deadlines. The only negative was the A/C was a little noisy and was unable to bring the temps down to a comfortable sleeping temp for us. I will concede on that weekend we were having record breaking heatwave.
