I had sent a written message to hotel that my nephew should not be inconvenienced while checking in. Still at middle of night front desk person harassed him till he woke me up. He was checking in a day late and that was communicated to the hotel ( I have the proof). Still hotel kept telling him that the reservation was canceled as no one checked in the prior day. Suggestion to future guests sending their kids- please avoid this hotel, even if your kid has to stay at some distance from campus

Great location; excellent service. Hotel had a restaurant but it would have been nice to have free lobby coffee. Also, I would have had a nightcap at the bar but it was lit up like a Christmas tree. No one wants to sit at a bar under a spotlight.

Elevator did not need a room key to operate. That’s supposed to be a big safety feature. Anyone can walk in off the street and hop on the elevator.

Let me just say that the front desk staff were EXCELLENT! They were always friendly and helpful. I frequently travel, and the customer service was a 10/10. They were able to graciously accommodate a few requests. Before booking my stay I was apprehensive because I had read a few negative reviews. I can now tell you that I did not experience one negative thing. I was also surprised that I could not hear anyone walking in the room above me- that is something that I CAN NOT stand. The rooms were cleaned daily. I’ve stayed at places where you had to call and ask for housekeeping if you wanted it done. Some places even had a cutoff time to make that request. Not this one. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Top notch customer service!
