One elevator was out of order, leaving a 9 floor hotel with only one elevator for all guests…impossibly slow. Check in took forever. My room temp was stuck at 73…too warm for me, and the thermostat wouldn’t allow temps below 73. My television did not work, with screen saying “no network connection”. Other hotel guests had the same issue with their tv. It was extremely loud- there is a highway overpass directly next to the hotel, and right outside my window. I travel a lot, and this was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced at a hotel!

The room was nice and clean but it was very loud; the cars passing by on the high way made it hard to sleep. Also there was a flashing light from the fire alarm that kept flashing at night. The air conditioner every time it turned on made a very loud noise.

The front desk clerk that waited on me wasn't anywhere near as helpful as the woman that worked with her.. The coffee pots ran out of coffee towards evening. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Room condition was OK. Blinds Broken. New we had 3 guests, only 2 sets of towels. Asked for more and they got them to us. Body soap was out after first showers. We asked for more at the front desk and it did not come. Broke into the face soap. The cleaning still did not get the hint. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and clean.

The hotel is nice. It is in a great location. Our room was clean but there was wear and tear on the furniture and walls. The staff was ok. Not the best but not the worst. I had a problem with my room rate and when I approached Debra at the front desk she told me that the rates fluctuate from day to day. She didn't make any effort to correct the problem. I had to contact Expedia, and they were able to get the rate problem resolved. I also went to the front desk the first night to make them aware of the damage to the desk chair, stains on the couch and marks on the wall. The gentleman at the desk told me to come back tomorrow morning and speak with the front desk. I did, this time I spoke with Debra. She said not to worry about it. The breakfast was great. The gentleman worked diligently to refill the coffee and breakfast entrees. He also made sure the tables were clean. Our room was never cleaned the entire three day stay. We had to call and ask for replacement sheets, towels, and trash bags. Parking was right next to the building which was convenient. This hotel is very family friendly. The proximity to the fields and downtown is great.
