Amazing Hotel

Decided to upgrade to the king suite and was not disappointed. This hotel is great, book it now.

Hotel did not like the fact that we booked through hotels.com. Was an hour and air and huge hassle to get a room. Then got the wrong room we already pre paid for through hotels.com had to go back to front desk and explain we got the wrong room. Was a little bit of a hassle but turned out to be a great room. Hotel was nice , staff was friendly but everyone seemed upset and un welcoming because we booked through hotels.com

Super comfortable!!!

Amazing!!! The rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable, so comfortable that I want to get one for myself. We had a great evening with friends in the lounge area. Would stay here again.

Make sure your ok with money wasted

Well my stay.... place was nice BUT make sure you realize a few things. First it's $200 a night that you will get back if you don't ruin the room which I didn't not see anywhere when booking or when I paid ahead of time. Second I would of never chose here if I would of known they don't offer free parking. You have to pay to park which is ridiculous. Also they tried to book me under someone else assuming I just had a husband waiting in the car even though my license and name change cars were in their hand. Pool was warm and breakfast was alright. But I won't be going back ever again

Upon check-in, a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. We stayed two nights. On arrival there were 3 dirty glasses in our room, which we washed and used. There were no coffee cups, and no bathroom cups. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Prior stays at this hotel things were better, even during covid.
