The Guest Service Staff in evening was not pleasant nor helpful. I think when you arrive back to the hotel Welcome in should be shared with each guest. THERE WAS NO PARKING and I was told go park at the casino. I said oh really and walk back in the dark with my child. Frustrating

Additionally from our parking in the front of the building, we have a dedicated parking deck in the garage behind us that is adequately lit and connected via covered sky bridge to our 4th floor elevator lobby. Not worth the price..

Hotel is really outdated. Very loud. All we heard was pounding above us all night. The bathroom door was janky and you couldnt lock it. The microwave was on a stand out in the open. You cant control the fan or the a.c . Tried to just run fan to drown out the pounding above us. The Tv was so small its like a computer screen. For the price paid i wouod expect allot better of a room.
