Property is poorly maintained. Stairs up to the second level had torn and loose carpeting which I did not seeing while carrying suit cases upstairs and I ended up tripping and falling. Thank goodness I fell forward. Complained to management. Not sure they will fit it since it is clear it had been this way for along time. Also the internet did not work. Complained and nothing was done.

Older property, but very well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could be improved such as the carpeting and the curtains had a few areas that were worn out. But all in all for the price, it was excellent. The staff and check-in was very pleasant and quick. It is a good place to stay, especially if you have a family.

The lady at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. Can hear some outside and through the wall noises but overall was quiet. The room was clean. We enjoyed having the microwave, mini fridge, and the coffee maker!

Definitely not enough parking. Was not sure if we were able to park in the lot next door with towing signs on that property. They should let the customers know that it is ok to park there at check in time. Other very nice place.👍

Room was clean & comfortable, if a bit outdated. Perfect for our needs as an overnight stop with kids. Area was safe & quiet. Staff was fantastic.

standard roadside motel with a very sweet lady working the office. we had a great experience! perfectly inbetween historic placerville and gorgeous apple hill. so great for travelers on a budget!
