Upstairs: A large bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a second bedroom with three 90x190 cm beds, and a bathroom with toilet. The cottage has fiber optic internet access. Outside: A large shared courtyard with the owners for parking your vehicle. There is also a gravel courtyard, a terrace with a pergola, and a large shared garden with the owners, featuring a lawn and children's play area at the rear. Located in the courtyard of the Manoir de la Ville Daniel, a 15th-century manor house listed as a historical monument, this gîte welcomes you to a unique and traditional setting. The owners have furnished and decorated the gîte with respect for the building's architecture, preserving its ambiance and character. Close to the charming and lively town of Quintin, you'll discover an ideal place for a family holiday. Saint-Brieuc is only 10 km away, and the beaches of the bay are just 20 km away. Numerous hikes are possible nearby, including the Gouët rock formation trail, one of the most fascinating and mysterious. Charming cottage, adjoining the Manoir de la Ville Daniel. A rare find, full of character – not to be missed!
