The facility was great. Having a room overlooking the pool with our grandkids was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent!!! Everything was warm and well-made and fresh. The breakfast area was very clean. However, the room, bathroom, and pool area were not so clean. There were was residual dirt in the corners and along the edges of the bathroom. While the beds were made well and very clean, the floors were not so clean. While the pool was very clean and excellent, the pool deck had lots of little debris all over, including a three day old newspaper with cobwebs on it. All in all, a great place and we would stay again. Management simply needs to do a better job of keeping an eye on the little things.

No airport shuttle at night. Room was a little run down. Dirty in corners. Had to use a towel to be able to stand in the tub to take a shower. Staff had a mixed attitude. There is no way to buy water unless you use a vending machine. Staff was dismissive and said they had water only for reward members and I could cross the street to buy at a convenience store, with a small child, after dark and in freezing temperatures. The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and food was of good quality. Our server Chris was outstanding and very professional.
