in the new harbour village of Plau am See. The private parking space is located right next to the apartment.
The light-filled panoramic apartment is in the front row and thus enjoys a
breathtaking view of the new harbour, the observation tower, and Lake Plau.
The two spacious terraces (south and southwest facing) and the green space invite you to relax.
The approximately 62-square-meter apartment is laid out as follows: living-dining area with kitchenette,
one bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light.

Living-dining area: Sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m), coffee table,
armchair, sideboard with TV (43 inches), dining table for four people.
Kitchenette: 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave with oven and grill functions,
refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, blender with immersion blender,
electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
Bedroom: Box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands with reading lamps,
