This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lovely condo, fresh, clean with very comfortable spaces less than 2 kms from Xcalacoco Beach which is located next to the Azul Fives Hotel very well located 5 minutes from the 5th Avenue, in complex with 24 hours security easy access, with pharmacies and shopping centers a couple of miles away, private parking.
There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utensils for cooking.
There is also a washing machine. Condo is provided with plenty of clean towels, and sheets and basic cleaning products.
