Es una excelente ubicación cerca del marEl departamento es muy confortable, pero falto mås cuidado con el aseo, encontramos una playera entre la cama, varias almohadas sucias sin fundas y bote de basura y cafetera estaban extremadamente suciasY comentarle que tiene filtraciones de agua en techos de ambos bañosTodo esto no afecto nuestra estancia maravillosa en un departamento muy bonito, ademås con a accesorios para ir a la playa

Perfect location

The location was perfect for the beach, 5th avenue and groceries. The condo is equipped quite good, a few more pots of different sizes would be great.Ron was very easy to get a hold of through email and was prompt on getting things fixed for us. The only thing we were not happy with is the noise, too many bars in the neighbourhood, it has become a go to area. We used ear plugs to sleep at night but we didn’t enjoy hearing it in the evening. If you are the partner type it is the perfect location for you.

Great Location

Great property at a great price. It had 3 heat pumps throughout the condo that cooled quickly when we would retreat from the hot days. There was a fair amount of noise but nothing the sound of the fan didn't drown out. The host was very quick to reply to any questions. I would definetly stay here again on the next trip to Playa

This truly is the perfect location. We travel all over the Yucatan and normally plan on spending a certain amount of money on Taxis, buses etc. But EVERYTHING we needed was truly within walking distance to this condo. When you walk out the front door and down the front steps once you look to the left you can see the beach in the distance, it’s that close. Then 5th Ave is truly one block over. The only way you would need a Taxi is if you wanted to go to a Cenote’ to swim or an excursion of some Sort. Chedraui Super Store for groceries, adult beverages etc is about a 4minute walk away on 10th st. And the condo provides a wagon so we took the wagon shopping and put our groceries in that so we didn’t have to carry everything back. Speaking of that wagon when we checked in it was full of boogie boards (2) and 2 small coolers, 2 folding chairs and an umbrella and some beach toys if you have kids. There’s a 7-11 right down street towards the beach where you can take the coolers buy some drinks and they have a cooler on the porch with free ice for your cooler. There’s a Beer store literally right next door and a Farmecia next to that if you forget your shampoo etc. there’s also a great Burrito place right next door with 2for1 margaritas and awesome burgers burritos. There’s also a couple of bars and a Karaoke place so YES the evenings do get loud! But once we went to bed and shut the bedroom door we couldn’t hear the music anymore. This condo came with everything that we need,

Always a great stay

Ive stayed at Rons place a few times and have already booked for next year. You really cant go wrong with this place. Its close to the beach and 5th and a large grocery store. He has quite a few extras that most ppl miss. The bed is also very comfortable. Book it! Youll be happy you did!
