Just steps away are cafes, boutique shops, supermarkets, and direct access to Fifth Avenue. The nearest beach is a five-minute walk away. It's an ideal area for walking, enjoying the gastronomy, and experiencing the essence of Playa del Carmen.



Getting Around:

You can walk or bike everywhere in Playa del Carmen from the Condo.

For visiting around the Riviera Maya:

→ We recommend renting a car to move freely around, although it is possible to travel everywhere on public transports and the Tours include transportation.

→ There is NO service from mobility applications such as UBER, Cabify, etc.

→ The ADO Bus Station is 10min walk with routes to the main tourist destinations around.

→ For short trips in Playa surroundings, there is a Taxi site at 5th Ave the entrance of the Condo and can also be requested by phone.
