Great location, lots of light, good bones of the unit itself, but outdated apartment, many things were broken - dishwasher, TV, freezer leaked water into fridge, bad sewage smell from both bathrooms for 1 day until fixed, but then repair person left commercial grade urine cakes hidden under each sink that smelled up entire apt, until I threw them out. We stayed 5 days. All pans and pots except for 3 were scratched, chipped, unuseable. Linens had strong smell of perfume from detergent. Quiet neighborhood, some minor noise from other units.
