We enjoyed the setting and the beautiful walk to and from the beach through the forest. Staff were friendly and helpful, our only two areas we think you could improve are the beach cleanliness, it didn’t seem to be as well maintained as adjacent property and the music and entertainment around the pool is far too loud and bothersome, no need for commentary by the entertainment staff on the silly games, please just announce when the games are starting and let the majority of people that aren’t participating listen to music, not a play by play of the games, we don’t care. Having said that we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Even though this is a family facility it was great for a honeymoon as well. We stayed in the privileged romance sweet. It was a 2-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. Honestly, we usually like checking out different places, but we may be back to this resort again regardless. Victor at the front when you get dropped off was great!! Made us comfortable right off the shuttle. Kevin, Sebastian and Alexander at the Beloved restaurant were efficient and great to speak to. Recommendations were on point. And Gary at the photo studio, he took amazing honeymoon pictures of us, and made the process to get them easy. Food was EXCELLENT!!! Everywhere we went and ate the foot was awesome. Best margaritas I ever had, get the mango. Steak was perfect when we had it at all the restaurants. Use Amstar for your shuttle and excursion needs. It was a perfect week in paradise.

I loved the jungle nature part of the property with all the animals. I enjoyed the long walkway to the secluded buildings. The beach was also beautiful!

I liked that i asked for adjoining rooms for my family and they granted us on that request. I also thought the buffet was wonderful, as well as the steak house and the asian restaurant. The property was clean and well kept. We would definitely come back.

Plenty of food options, nice rooms, friendly staff. Buffet was honestly the best of the food options - had dinner at 3 sit down restaurants (including Bloved) and the food was woefully under seasoned. You also cannot get alcohol before 11am (after 2am), which was unfortunate if you wanted a breakfast cocktail. Other than that, everything was great and would definitely come back again.

As one of reviewer mentioned go to this hotel for the beach. And it's indeed nice one: palm trees, white sand ( not very clean sometime ), blue water and plenty of greens and animal on the property.
Overall property needs some remodeling though, room was a decent size ( we stayed in privileged option).
Kitchen: Buffet was decent, good for breakfast, lunch is ok, the dinner will be okey too if you missed restaurants (tacos station is the best!). Bloved restaurant has probably the best ( and consistent) food service. Other restaurants were hit and miss kinda deals. Overall don't set bar high for menu.
But probably the biggest issue we had during our family trip is everyday shows that run till 1 AM and we were almost next to the open-air theater it runs in. for example , how would you like to be on the rock concern while in your bed with two toddles in your room? On our attempt to explain our concerns the staff refused to move us in more quiet room (am I still privileged :)? ) and were saying bul*sh*t about need to respect other guests who pay for stay and shows. hello?! I paid for calm family vacation in "eco-friendly" non-adult-only hotel outside of busy Cancun. Anyway, reality is they try to monetize on those shows and cover wide range of guest types but ends up with unsatisfied on both sides.
Would we return to the place again? I don't know.. there are good and bad about it. But we'll think twice next time.
