This 2BD/2BR w extra high ceilings, is very large and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen, safe, hair dryer and iron. With one king and two twin bunk beds beds (5 beds in total), great for accommodating families. Enjoy the roof top swimming pool, tables and chairs.

GREAT LOCATION! Located only 3 blocks from the busy part of town 5th ave and 10th ave, and an easy walk to the beach and ferry!

There is a real openness about this apartment, with the extra high ceilings, open kitchen and ample living / dining room. The bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and lots of closet space are very comfortable.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom two bunk beds, each with single beds, total can sleep 6 people (extra charge after 4 people). Please note, here are no TVs in the bedrooms.

The rooftop is open for all guests to use and has a nice pool and lounge chairs. (closes at 9pm)

No need for a car in this location. You can walk everywhere or get a cheap taxi if you are traveling a little further. There are always taxis on the street. If you do have a car, there is street parking in front of the condo.

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 20 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

Love the pool, love the condo, love the location!

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. The roof top pool is one of the largest I have seen in Playa. The condo is spacious, has good air flow, and has the basics of what you need for a short stay. Jacqueline was very pleasant to work with and I was impressed with the speed that any concerns were addressed. For example some window locks were not working, I had sticks to secure the windows the next day. There is construction the next block over and there was some noise during. The day only. There is construction everywhere in Playa and this nearby construction did not disrupt my stay. This was a peaceful and safe place to call home for a bit. I would recommend this unit to others and anticipate I will be back to stay again. Thanks again Jacqueline, you are a star! I really appreciate you commitment to being a great property manager, from the first contact you have been consistent, prompt and stuck to your word. Gracias!
