I loved the staff, everyone was so nice. The property was stunning and well kept. However, the management of the property needs attention.I ordered room service and never recieced it, twice , even after calling to confirm that it was still coming it never came. Prepare to do alot of walking even though there are alot of golf carts around...most of them are speeding around the property narrowly avoiding running over the guest...not giving rides.

This was the best trip to Mexico we've experienced in the past several years, and we have visited Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya (another resort), and Cancun.
The food was delicious at every restaurant, the staff were extremely helpful and nice, and all grounds and rooms were immaculately clean every day. Amazing place!

I went to this resort back to back two years in a row. It's under new ownership on this last vacation we had and you could definitely tell. What a complete turnaround from last time. Long story short you couldn't pay me to come back. It's almost like we weren't even staying at a resort and we were in a local town where every single person is trying to take advantage of you. I'm 36 years old, I've been all over the world to different resorts and I've been to Mexican resorts all over the country over 23 times. If you're looking for a resort that's going to try and take advantage of you and make you feel uncomfortable along the way go for it

Loved the swim up casita. Concierge staff (Zemy and Kayla) were most helpful. Santa Fe Grill was a favorite.

3rd visit great, but we planned for a floor level casita and recieved a second floor casita..Resort is awesome..
