We stayed at Fairmont Mayakoba December 10-15 with the all inclusive plan. Overall the resort was amazing. Fantastic service, delicious food. The attention to detail was superb. Very contentious regarding our food allergies. Super nice employees. Property was very clean. The only things that weren’t fantastic was the dairy free options as Bassano. It was spaghetti with a red sauce, no meat. Also, it would’ve been great if there was family friendly night time entertainment. I saw on the social media pages the resort has lots of events now during Christmas. I would’ve loved to have some event maybe every other night. That way after dinner we would’ve had something to do besides go to bed.

This was truly a 5 star property from the accommodating staff, especially Annette in Concierge to the spacious rooms with outdoor showers, to the brand new spa and delicious cuisine. Everything was truly top notch! Loved spending our holiday at Fairmont Mayakoba! We will be back!
