Overall great, with room for improvement

Bottom Line: A fantastic resort with a spacious apartment, stunning pool, beautiful beach, safe environment, small market, helpful front desk, and peaceful setting. Would definitely return.Room for Improvement:Keypad/Lockbox: Access is via a lockbox, not the door keypad, which wasn’t explained.Gate Code: Provided but unclear and seemingly unnecessary.Building Keypad: Worked but was confusingly labeled as "main entrance."Intercom: No instructions on use or ringing the apartment bell.Local Contact: Initial contact was unresponsive; a second contact took over.Safe Code: Not provided upfront and couldn’t be changed, raising concerns.Sliding Doors: Balconies were hard to lock; one wasn’t fixed despite requests.Early Check-In: Apartment was ready but early check-in wasn’t confirmed.Washer/Dryer: Washer broke after emitting a burning smell (reimbursed 140); dryer was inefficient with a clogged filter.Garbage: No disposal instructions; bins are outside the building entrance.Vacuum: A small vacuum would be helpful.Water Jug: Instructions on replacing the 20L jug would be useful. (ask the front desk for help)Tips: Front desk is very helpful. They help with questions and getting taxis.

Good but not great

Condo was very nice and as advertised, so that was all good. The property itelsef is good but not great as the buldings are showing wear. The grounds cold definitely use some TLC. Again nothing bad but could be better. The security is good but the neighboring areas are not so good. The private beach and ginat pool is very nice. Overall, the grades are solid.
