Just got back from a 12 night stay.The location is phenomenal! There’s a grocery store on 10th right around the corner and you’re so close to 5th Avenue! No need for a car.They advertise on VRBO that there is a washer and dryer. There isn’t, there’s only a washer. Only one of the toilets flush well, the others just kind of swirl around. We had to fiddle with all of the toilets the first night before they would flush at all. It has nothing to do with water pressure to the building because the toilets on the first floor work great. We only used one (in the hallway). Drinking water is not provided, you need to carry it from the grocery store to the condo. This may be an issue if you are elderly. The entire condo needs to be repainted and just maintained overall. The sliding glass door to the veranda doesn’t have a lock, and there’s no bar to put in the track. The condo wasn’t very clean. The rooftop was filthy. There were mold stains all over the cushions. You will also find your washing machine up there in a small closet. The rooftop jacuzzi tub has no stopper, so you can’t use it. Checkout instructions tell you to empty the dishwasher before you leave, but there is no dishwasher!I hope this doesn’t come off as overly picky. We still had a great vacation and honestly, if the toilets worked better, and there was a dryer, I would stay here again. Truly, the location was wonderful and the price was right.
