Please note that for stays of 28 nights or more, electricity consumption is not included in the rate. Electricity is charged separately for stays of 28 nights or more, at a cost of 3.13 pesos per kW. A 20% deposit of the total reservation is required. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. The property is located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
