For Nightly/Weekly Renters:

Electricity costs in Mexico are significantly high. To help manage this, our rate includes a daily credit of 15 kWh (kilowatt-hours) towards electricity usage. Our goal is not to charge you for electricity, but to encourage you to be mindful and conserve energy.

If your consumption exceeds the included allotment, any additional usage will be charged at 5.5 MXN pesos per kWh (approximately $0.30 USD). For transparency, photos of the electricity meter will be taken at check-in and check-out.

For Monthly Renters:

To take advantage of our discounted monthly rates, renters staying for 28 nights or more are responsible for covering 100% of their electricity usage at a reduced rate of 4 MXN pesos per kWh.
