LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL/panoramic breath taking views in the 4th floor beach front building in playa Costa del sol .
full equiped to live in apartment professionally decorated, safe gated building with an elevator ,easy 25 min to the airport, many good restaurants and grocery store close by. Lots of outdoor activities; large new pool in front of the Pacific ocean, nice area to relax and take a suntan . Lots of fun with the waves, booguie bording and feel the breeze and the warmth of every panoramic sunset, sitting on the beach it's indescribable beautiful.
the apartment has an AC, WIFI 4TV, dish washer, 1 fridge and a mini fridge , microwave, range with oven . The big large balcony have a large dining table, bar area, a living area, a couple swings , a BBQ area and a hammock to enjoy fun and relaxing time with your family and friends. The master bedroom has a full view to the ocean and a sliding door to exit to the large balcony and a private bathroom, bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bath but is a 1/2 bath in the side of bedroom 3 so it feels like every room has a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a private full bath. All the bedrooms have a black out shades and a free parking for 2 cars This is really a place to enjoy a beautiful vacations.
