Excellent accomodations for the price

Pour : The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast had a large variety of very good food.
Contre : The shower fills the entire bathroom (and toilet ) area with water. Needs to be re-designed.
Emplacement : Pleiku is a lovely city. Hotel is well located, so many sites within walking distance.
I arrived in Pleiku very late. The staff did not speak English or Chinese, but they somehow accomodated me.

Ok but will not return

Hotel is ok but needed improvements in bathroom. Should install a shower curtain rod & curtain to block water out of bathtub to the entire bathroom. Only one electric outlet in entire suite A & it located under a desk- very inconvenient for charging phone or laptop. Should be electric outlet right at bed or night stand next to the bed. Front desk staffs are not friendly. When charging water or sida cans that used in each room( I booked 3 rooms on 3/11-3/13/17), staff did not give receipt of itemized items total to amount charged. I booked 1 room double bed for brother & wife but they provided two twin beds. I requested change but staff said will do the next night which they never change room to double bed. Staffs are not friendly compared to all hotels I stayed in Da Nang,Hoi An, Sai Gon, & Ha Noi.
