Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower equipped for disabled people).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby (400m), as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free close to the flat in the street.
